Jesse Richter

Jesse is a people person and loves connecting with new people. His personable and professional demeanor allows his clients to feel comfortable and at ease knowing they come first. He is not scared of a challenge; growing up on a farm with 150,000 chickens in a small town in Oregon instilled a strong work ethic, which means he is always willing to go the extra mile. Jesse has a passion for negotiation and getting the best deals for his clients. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Construction Engineering Management and has over 10 years of experience in the field overseeing and negotiating deals for many multi-million dollar projects in the Portland area. 

When not closing deals, Jesse is an avid football fan, and has a passion for fitness, cooking and travel. He enjoys spending time at the gym, skiing at Mt. Hood, biking in Portland, or traveling to new places with his wife.
